Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts for 7 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Important Note:
It is required that you record a continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened from start to finish. This video must be sent to us at support@thestylestorm.com to be eligible for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process: To process your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In some situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before refunds are posted.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
